How do I get all of my information from my desktop for Itnues to my new laptop, without losing any of my purchases?

I suggest you copy the /Home/Music/iTunes/ folder from your old computer into the /Home/Music/ folder of your new computer. Be sure your new computer's username and password are the same as what you used on the old computer.
