Q: My iPad is unable to complete backup to Cloud

Have purchased new iPad Air 2 and am trying to backup my old iPad 3 iOS 8.4.1 via wifi to the Cloud. The problem is the backup gets ¾ done and stops before completing. I have followed the instructions to lock the screen and plug in to power source and the wifi is fine. I have made numerous attempts and it gets to the same place on the backup every time then stops. Can someone please offer me some advice I am out of ideas.

Leonie,
Why don't you try connecting to your computer and then opening iTunes and doing a backup to your computer, it is a far better backup method. Even from iTunes you can select to also do a backup to iCloud. I can post a screenshot if you like.
