Digitally Add Sony MiniDisc music to iTunes Library

Would like to digitally add Sony MiniDisc music to iTunes library and keep the file labels, if it's even possible. Would prefer not to incorporate via analog (ex: RCA to 3.5mm) and have to manually record and label each song. Also don't want to lose any sound quality due to an analog transfer. Need to know what cable/connection I use to transfer the media. I'm aware of the Griffin iMic option, but looking for an optical out to USB or a similar solution that keeps the files digital.

Have the following MiniDisc equipment:

Sony MDS-JE510 (RCA out and optical out, but no USB out/port)

Sony MD Walkman MZ-DN430 (3.5mm out and USB out/port)

Have the following Apple products:

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012 with OS X 10.10.5)

MacBook (13-inch Mid-2012 with OS X 10.10.5)

Also have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciate!
