where is newsstand on my mac pro?

Can anyone tell me how to get Newsstand on my MacBook Pro? It's not coming up on the app store? Is there a way to download this

to my computer?

You won't find it. Newsstand is only for iOS devices (iPhones and iPads), and even there it is on the way out. iOS 9 replaces it with a new "News" app that works in a different manner.
