Error 3194 when i try to restore or update my iphone 4s ios 7.1, i tried everything, i edited the host file in the windows folder, i disabled the firewall, i uninstalled my anti-virus, & i also used the wired connection Internet instead of wifi router, none of this worked for me, every time "Error 3194", i even tried to restore from another PC, & i also got tthe same error, this is frustrating, any ideas about how to repair this?

Sorry, the only ideas that I have are what are in the link provided. You may need to make a trip to the Apple Store.
