Hi I work in FCPX 10.2.1 but I have a client who wants me to deliver projects made in FCP 10.1.2-4 as they want to be able to make changes mut dont want to update there system.

You can try to use Export to XML and import from it. But I guess, not everything you can transfer this way.
No you can not downgrade unless you have an older copy of 10.1. 2 -
If you log in to the mac app store on a system running Mavericks and download FCP from your purchases tab, it should offer you the last version that was compatible with Mavericks, 10.1.4
Is it possible for me to downgrade my FCP back to 10.1.2-4 ?
