Quicktime Broadcaster error

I use Quicktime Broadcaster to record movies with my built-in i-sight. I usually have no trouble doing this. All of a sudden, when I click "Broadcast" to start recording, I get this error.

Broadcaster Error

Recording error: -43
[QTBroadcast startRecording]

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I'm trying to upload a screenshot of what I'm seeing, but photobucket is giving me trouble. Thanks!

-43 (fnfErr) File not found; Folder not found; Edition container not found; Target not found.

Usually means your are attempting to write your file to an area for which there is no write permission (check target path read/write permissions), a target which is write protected (like a CD or DVD), or a target which is not visible/accessable (like a specified default device which is currently not mounted).
