Q: Backup of Pictures on iPhone 6 - Photo stream has only ~30 days

Hi,

My iPhone 6 was stolen / lost and although I had photo stream setup, I didn't check on my PC and turns out it didn't run properly in the past 4 months

 

My Iphone was stolen/lost - and then I discovered the photo stream wasn't working -  When i fixed the problem on my pc - I only got ~1000 pics from the last 30 days.

Is there any way I can get additional photos that were sent to the steam but not picked up buy any of my other devices ?

Of course I am willing to pay of there is a fee for this

    Hi odedgm,

     

    I am sorry to hear of the loss of your iPhone, I know how devastated you must feel, especially being unable to retrieve your photos as well.

     

    My Photo Stream only stores pictures for 30 days, so that you can download them to your other devices. Any pictures uploaded to it before that time are gone from the online storage. See this article for information on My Photo Stream - My Photo Stream FAQ.

     

     

    For the future, you may want to consider opening up My Photo Stream on your other devices or a computer every few weeks, so that your pictures will be preserved.
