Is iCloud for Windows 4.1 compatible with Outlook 2013/365?

Hello,

Whenever I run iCloud, the following error message appears: “Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request”

This is obviously a bug, because Outlook 2013/365 is already set as the default program. A Reinstalling of iCloud for Windows 4.1 does not solve the problem. Has anyone had similar experiences?
