failed to delete home folder for this user (null)

when i tried to remove guest user folder from parental control pane this message appear.

hence i could not deactivate guest user account from user& groups preference pane.......plz help!!!!!!!!

You can't remove the Guest User home.

It doesn't exist unless someone is logged into the Guest user. Once they log out, the home folder is restored to default--all information is deleted.
