Q: moving and accessing itunes library on icloud

I am trying to move my iTunes on my PC (windows 7)to the icloud.  Have set up an account but when I sign in it mentions photos, documents but not music.  I think I have about 10gb of music.  Is that too much for the cloud?  If so, how do I remedy this so that I have a backup for my music on iCloud?

I think that I have also put the music on my iPad mini on the cloud. If so, how do I determine this?

iCloud: iCloud storage and backup overview

    Here’s what iCloud backs up:

    • Purchase history for music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books

Your iCloud backup includes information about the content you have purchased, but not the purchased content itself. When you restore from an iCloud backup, your purchased content is automatically downloaded
