If you purchased additional iCloud storage and that storage space is not showing up when you look at your iCloud settings, try these steps:
Restart your iPhone
From the Home screen tap, Settings > iCloud > Storage
Do you see the screen that shows Total Storage and Available Storage?
You should have received an email confirmation of your purchase from the iTunes Store. If you do not see the email, click on the link below to contact the iTunes Store Support team regarding this purchase.
