Can anyone tell me how to switch between 2 callers with the call waiting feature on iPhone 6 please? I can answer the second call but lose the first call. I am not sure how to switch back to that first caller. Some said turn Call waiting on through settings>Phone> call waiting and activate but there is no such setting. Help appreciated.

You should probably contact your carrier. I suppose the features like switching the calls and forwarding and related to carriers. If you network operator enables it for you then you will have this option on your iPhone. Same goes to hotspots. 🙂
