When exporting using Compressor 4, an extra Plugin is not rendered

Hello all!

I'm currently working on a small home project where I digitize old Super-8 movies from the 70's. For cleaning up the images and removing artefacts and scratches I choose https://www.neatvideo.com/ and the results do really look good. However, I want to export the movies from FXP using Compressor. When doing so, the video effect is not applied on the rendered movie. It's working fine when exporting directly from FXP. I've played with the plugin settings and changed between GPU and the CPU rendering, but the result did not change. The effect was not applied. Is there any tip on what could go wrong here? The guys from Neat were very helpful, but it seems as if they have no idea why this is not working as expected.
