Sep 8, 2015 10:50 AM in response to md. abdul kuddusby elcpu,Abdul, I suspect that it is hardware related. Not much you can do about the screen with the software other than a forced restart.
Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose any data or apps.
This is not likely to work but worth trying in case. Otherwise you would need to visit an Apple Store or Authorized retailer.
