Q: Log In Password

I got a new mac book pro yesterday… Mac Book Pro with retina display ( 512 GB)  2.9GHz

Today, when I tried logging in, it wouldn't let me. The only hint I got was that my log in password is the same as my iCloud password. So I type in my iCloud password, but it is still rejecting. I have tried resetting my iCloud password many times, but it won't work. I spent 3 hours trying to fix the problem, but I am still stuck? Please help me log in. Anything that can help me get into my mac will be grateful. Thanks for your time.

I have tried resseting my mac as well.

Hi! If your MacBook is brand new, it is still covered with a warranty. Try contacting Apple:

Thanks , how do you change the key chain password. After I reset my password and logged in, it stops me from logging in and asks for the key chain password. How can I reset the password without logging in? Thanks
