Can you edit a Power Point file using Keynote?
The features are so different I have never gotten that to work. Formatting gets all messed up, embedded actions are lost, etc.

Okay what about just adding a "comment" to each power point slide using keynote, has that worked for you?
Whenever I have tried moving between the two it has ended up a shambles. The layout gets pretty badly messed up. I even tried saving the PPT file as rich text but that did not work out so now I do presentations and lectures entirely in one or the other and export as PDF depending on having the the appropriate computer.
