When playing streaming radio app on my iPhone 5c, the app stops playing after few minutes and displays the message above. Seems to be this app only. Any advice?

There are several hundred radio apps for the iPhone. Which one presents this problem?
Thanks for your reply, sir. The app is for a locally ressurected radio station K-ZAP (k-zap.org) and applies to their streaming audio. It was working fine until the last few days after I loaded it on my new iPad. It does work on the iPad and another tablet however. I've inquired at the k-zap website and awaiting reply. May be unrelated but also now experiencing bluetooth connection issues with same.
