Q: Help! How do I delete apps permanently from my itunes account?

I use windows on my laptop to manage my apps, but after I delete an app. I see it under purchases. And there's a cloud with an arrow next to it. How can I remove the apps from my account? Somebody please help.

iPod touch, iOS 8.4.1

You cannot permanently delete purchases from your account. You can hide them, but you cannot delete them completely:

Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support

In iTunes, start from Music > iTunes Store > Quick Links > Purchased > Apps. Locate any app that you want to hide from your purchases and run the cursor over it. When hovering over the app the should be an X at the top the left corner but it doesn't show with the current build, however you should notice the cursor change shape when you are over the area where it would be, and clicking here should hide the app from your purchase history.
