My iPod Touch 5 won't let me use iMessage or FaceTime

Yesturday I went to go on iMessage to message my friend. Then it popped up not delivered. So I tried my other contacts it still didn't work. i talked to my friend

at his house and he tried FaceTiming me it showed that he was but, I go to answer and I hangs up right when I get on. It then shows you have a missed FaceTime call ect. I try to call back but I'm unable to. I tried force restarting and reseting my network but, none worked. Now it won't even let me sign in. What do I do?
