When making a call on my iphone 5s the call just cuts out as if either side have disconnected. I have spoke to my network provider, we done a few tests, still nothing. Help !!! Anybody got a resolve for this problem?

From your question it sounds like while you are on a phone call, the call experiences an issue where you cannot hear the other person and they cannot hear you, almost as if the call has dropped.
If this is the case, I would suggest troubleshooting the microphone and/or receiver on your iPhone using the articles attached below.
