Can invites sent to yahoo mail be added to iOS calendar inbox?

I receive invites for events via yahoo mail. I can add events from yahoo mail to my iOS calendar, but cannot get them to add to the calendar inbox so I can reply to the invitations. Is there a way to add invites sent to yahoo mail to the inbox on the iOS calendar?
