iPhone service in India bought abroad

I bought an iPhone 6 from Switzerland, but now this is not getting serviced in India.

they say that they are not allowed to open it, thought I have international warranty of one year. What are my options?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

There is no such thing as an "international warranty" for the iPhone. Never has. The warranty is only valid in the country you bought the phone, in this case Switzerland. You will have to take it to a service provider or Apple Store Switzerland or send it to a friend in Switzerland so they can take it for servicing. You cannot send it to Apple in Switzerland as they do not accept international shipments.

Next time, buy a phone in the country you intend to use it in.
