Q: My hearing aids have Bluetooth connectivity. Is there any way these can be paired with my iPhone 6 ?thus eliminating. The need to remote them in lieu of headphones or earbuds?

Your hearing aid has to have Bluetooth made for iPhone, if so, see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201235
