iPhone 5c and the screen display is flickering.

I have an iPhone 5c and the screen display is flickering. My iPhone was running a little slow so I closed all my apps and hard restarted and about 5 minutes later I turned it back on now in the bottom left and right corner of the screen there is a slight flickering on the display. I'm not gonna lie I have dropped my phone a couple times but I have never had this problem of my screen flickering until very recen and it's been a long time since I've dropped my phone. I have had this phone for about a year and half but I wouldn't expect it to be petering out this early. Does anybody else have this problem and is there anything I can do to fix this. Its a really bad time for my phone to crap out.
