Hi, this is my problem: when I use TextEdit and I want to save the document there isn't the option to save with .txt, I don't know why...

I use an app called TextWrangler for stuff like this - its free and I think you can get it from the app store.
You write the text into the app?
Yeah, TextWrangler is just another text editing application similar to TextEdit, however it allows you to save as ".txt"
Its used a lot in the development community as you can use it to format code etc, but it will easily do what you want too.
