I saw articles about how to see the statement in iTunes desktop and iOS but neither works for me:
- iOS devices not available at the moment
- I don't use the desktop iTunes
How do get my billing statement online?
You can go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com and see your most recent purchases and their cost, but you won't get an invoice there.
If you need an invoice with all costs specified, you need to do it through iTunes.
this doesn't help. It is not a billing statement. I dont even see any order numbers using your link.
Is there a way to look at the billing statement without downloading itunes??
As has been said, if you need a complete statement, it must be done through iTunes on a computer.
Other than that, every purchase you make will generate an Email to you with said purchases' details including: how it was billed, the order number, and what was bought. with costs and any taxes applied.
This emails are sent to the email address for the Apple ID used to make the purchases.
And what if Apple is charging me without sending emails, like it did for Apple Music in the last 2 days. (check my other thread, my displeasure is apparent on the discussion write-up)
Apple music is a subscription service. If you have issues with it, you need to contact iTunes Support again, and work it out with them.
We are just users, and cannot offer refunds or stop the billing.
Your credit card company / bank should be able to tell you what the charges were for.
