My wife and I share a Family Plan with me as the organizer. We both have expanded our iCloud storage to 20gb. The problem I'm looking to solve is that my extra storage is billed to our iTunes Store credit but her's is being billed to the credit card associated with the account. How do you get BOTH storages to bill to the iTunes account? We both have individual iCloud accounts but share the billing account (mine) under the App Store and iTunes Store.
If your extra storage is taken from gift card credit, it rather sounds as though she is the organiser.
No. I have an iTunes Store Credit that is shared by my wife and I under the Family. Both of our iTunes Store or App Store purchases get deducted from that credit. My iCloud storage gets deducted from that credit. Her iCloud storage gets charged to my credit card instead of being deducted from the iTunes Store credit.
Are you sharing an ID for iTunes.
Same issue here. Trying to understand if every monthly charge can be deducted from my store credits rather than my credit card. Did you solve your issue?
