Sep 8, 2015 11:39 AM in response to Kelly_B!by Winston Churchill,Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately, I fear that the text that you have received is a scam from the people who stole your phone. If you haven't already, do not answer the text. If you have answered the text and logged in using the details provided, then you have probably given the thieves access to your account and the ability to unlock the phone. You may wish to change the password on your account.

Sep 9, 2015 10:18 AM in response to Winston Churchillby Kelly_B!,Oh! Dude why are people so mean!? I responded asking how to get my phone back. I clicked on the link, but as soon as it asked me to log on I stopped and signed on using my laptop to check it out. I'm wondering if even clicking the link allowed them access though?

Sep 9, 2015 5:50 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Kelly_B!,I just received the same kind of messages but via email saying apple found my phone in California then in North Carolina... it's kind of freaking me out because it's being sent to an email that apple doesn't even have on file, it's not my icloud email. I just changed the password of my apple ID... I don't have access to the phone any longer on icloud so I'm not sure there's much else I can do, right?
