I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Apple Music setup. If you are having issues setting up your Apple ID for use in the iTunes Store, you may find the following article helpful:

If you would like to create an iTunes Store account without an attached credit card, then this article may be more useful. Note, however, that this only applies if you are creating a new Apple ID. If you already have an Apple ID, you would have to add a payment method, then remove it as noted:

Note, also, that you must have some form of payment set in your account in order to join Apple Music for the free three-month trial:

You might be asked to validate your billing info. After you add a payment method, click Join. You can use store credit to pay for your Apple Music membership, but you must have enough store credit for your first renewal.
