icloud unblocking would please help me

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

Don't bother with those sites, they are just a scam, only the original owner can unlock your device, don't throw any more money at this phone, you have already wasted enough.

If you bought it in a store, take it back and get a refund.

A certificate of state service would be really cool, if you want I can send you a photo of my German Shepherd, would you like that.

I have a similar case, Im the owner of the phone, I now the icloud user but I can't remeber the password, and the mail that I use to create him either now, I don't know what to do, I'm desperately,how I can do to solve this? send a Email to apple with the Imei of the phone? I want to change the mail of the account for send me a new password
