Q: Outlook 2013, Windows 10 and icloud is very slowly

since a week my outllok 2013 on a Windows 10 PC is very slowly when icloud is installed. before it worked quite fast with the same software

Now it takes several minutes to start Outlook and also a lot of time to change a folder within outlook.

Has anybody got an Idea to solve this problem?
