Q: iTunes stops responding when I connect the phone to the PC

I'm having trouble synching an older iPhone to my PC. I set up my cousin as a separate user on my PC. iTunes stops responding when she connects her iPhone to the computer. It recognizes her phone, then stops responding. I think her phone is an iPhone 3. I'm running Windows 7 and have the latest version of iTunes.

Hello Columcaille,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like iTunes freezes when you connect the iPhone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
