Sep 13, 2015 7:16 PM in response to candaranchby K1R2-W,I have the same issue, on my iPhone 6 plus after installing iOS 8.4.1. I used to use Siri a lot, but now Siri can't hear me at all. The voice recorder app works just fine, and I unsynced my Apple Watch so I have ruled out issues with my hardware.

Sep 13, 2015 8:21 PM in response to K1R2-Wby K1R2-W,I contacted Apple Support and after doing a reset everything appears to be working again Settings, Reset, Reset All Settings which does not affectuserdata. After doing the reset I have discovered that Settings, Siri, Siri select to On and "Enable Siri". This appears to cause the problem. Interestingly the option is supposed to allow you to "Press and hold the home button to start speaking to Siri, then release the button when you are done. ..." But Siri already works like that with the option disabled?
That said, Siri is now pretty useless as she always want's to FaceTime or call someone no matter what I say. I wish there was a way to uninstall the iOS update because Siris is now useless and I am a heavy Siri user, this is the extremely frustrating!!
