Cancel a preordered movie on apple tvu
I preordered the avengers age of intron movie and saw it was already available in hd. I purchased it on my ipad but want to cancel my sd version of my preorder. How do I do it??

There is a selection missing from my itunes area under settings. There is no manage preorders option.
