Q: i can't get my apps or anything to download on my iphone 4

I had to reformat my iphone 4 and now i can't get any of my apps to download back to my phone without putting billing infomation in and all my apps were free

Did you add back your apple id? Enter you existing apple id
settings > iTunes & app store [ you need to scroll down a bit. ]
