NO memory on iPhone 6... Too much music, how to get music off phone but saved to download from cloud on demand? I have iTunes Match.

Too much music in iTunes on iphone6 no more memory help....I have iTunes Match, do I need to sync to computer to keep music or can I delete from phone and download from cloud on demand? I want to avoid a lengthy sync with computer if possible.
