So i got my surface 3 a week ago and today i downloaded itunes.it said to authorize my laptop i did and the song says 0:00 but it would not play the song.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you downloaded music from iTunes and they will not play. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
