My iPad screen won't rotate

MY iPad screen won't rotate at all, I have tried off,on, reset and the screen lock is turned off, there's no lock symbol on the right side at the top, can anyone help me PLEASE......

iPad, iOS 8.4.1

Try switching the screen lock on and off a couple times to see if that wakes it up. If not, take the iPad to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians check it out.
