I am using Iphone5 model iphone. Well at the beginning photos were properly backing up the photo. But recently the photo are not backing up. Only some photos are backing up. Anybody know what`s happening.

Could you please clarify if you really mean “backing up” or whether you mean syncing to other devices (inc iCloud.com > Photos)
Clearly I am not syncing the photos to any others devices. I am using just one device (Iphone5s) and now it is not uploading photos in icloud anymore.
If you are backing up then, how do you know your photos aren't being included.
I check photos everyday and mostly under internet connection.
But you can't see what's in a back up, which is why I suspect you mean syncing, please state which steps you have taken to perform this back up (if it is indeed a back up)
Going through conversation these far I am have to think again. Well according to talk we are having I am also thinking "am I syncing or backing up?" By default the photos are automatically uploaded in icloud, I don`t know now it is a backup or syncing. My problem is photos are not uploading. 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕
That's iCloud Photo Library, iCloud Photo Library isn't a back up.
What does it say in settings > photos & camera, is it still uploading or does it not say it is doing anything.
You are using photo stream.
Photo stream photos are uploaded to the cloud but they are not visible at iCloud.com (it's iCloud photo library photos that are visible there)
Photo stream only uploads photos that are added after photo stream is switched on. It only keeps photos in the cloud for 30 days and only keeps up to 1,000 photos. What you see on other devices depends on which device it is and when photo stream was enabled on it.
