hello i have issue with reste code for my id apple in enter my Email authentication after ihev seee this message :

Email has been sent.

When you receive your sign in information, follow the directions in the email to reset your password.

but I get nothing in my email

Apple doesn't do support by email. Click on the link in Step 5 in the link I provided in order to contact them.
