apple watch paint peeling off on backside around sensor!!!

Someone can help me?

After only 2 months that i bought Apple Watch Sport start peeling off on backside around sensor.I v been to apple center in Singapore where i live and they answer me with this email:

"With regards to your reported case, we have escalated the case to Apple, unfortunately, Apple has decline our appeal for warranty coverage due to coating peeling off. Such cases are considered to be cosmetic damage. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with a warranty coverage replacement"

I used watch properly and they can not replace coz cosmetic damage!!

Some suggestion how to contact directly Apple for to have different answers or explain how i can repair etc...

Hello, I have the same problem but since the Apple Care say it is a cosmetic problem and there is no guarantee. To my opinion is a damage that has that version when dialing the numbers and serials.

Sad to say this would fall under cosmetic damage. My watch is deteriorating and the reason is because of sweat. If we had gotten the stainless steel version this wouldn't have happened.

If you search through the forum here, there is a lengthy thread on the issue. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the Apple Store and they will evaluate and replace the device if there is no evidence of abuse. Everyone I've seen post has had their device replaced.
