My Macbook Pro will not pair with my hearing aids
I called Tech and he told me to turn off the Bluetooth on my iPhone and that will correct it, it did not

You have to turn OFF the hearing aids.
Then turn on bluetooth on the Mac,
then turn on the hearing aids at the Mac will 'discover" them and let you pair.

If you've already paired them with another device, delete that pairing and try again.
