Help......I've been locked out from my MacBook

This Mac is no longer eligible to create Apple ID accounts.

anyoneknow what this is about? I turned it on, entered password and it said incorrect. Tried a few more times and it made me reset my password. I followed the links sent to me by email, entered new password and got the above message, now I can't do anything with it

The key word there is CREATE.

Apple limit the number of accounts you can create on a device, you will need to use another device to CREATE a new account. If you are editing or trying to reset your own account you need to double check that it is correct, otherwise you may have been making new accounts instead of requesting a password reset.

Use http://iforgot.apple.com/ to initiate a reset on your old account.

Also look at these startup screens if the Mac is 'locked', it may indicate that Find My Mac has locked your Mac from iCloud. The last one shows a lock for Find My Mac.
