Q: Any way to disable iCloud storage is full message?

I keep getting this window: http://i.imgur.com/BPLkBKW.png telling me my iCloud storage is full.  I don't really care that its full, but I don't want to stop using it(if I'm getting 5GB free, why not use them?).  Is there any way to stop the alert from popping up?  its happens almost every other day and is quite annoying as it always opens the setting menu no matter what option you click on it and there is no way to dismiss it.
