I tried to restore it but message from iTunes is "iPod is busy"

    I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your iPod classic. If you cannot sync and you cannot restore your iPod, you may want to try the steps outlined in the following article (the article is aimed at a slightly different issue, but can be useful for more general restore issues):

    thank you for your reply but this hasn't worked. Also, Apple have withdrawn all support for iPod classics. Apple only sell iPods with 64GB. My music has 90GB , thats why I had the classic. The assistant in the Apple store told me that 'owning music is a thing of the past - its all about streaming now' !!
