Q: Enrollment Issues

I have been using iTunes U extensively in my high school classes Having been looking forward to using the new features (Homework Turn-In), I have had some frustration as I rolled it out to my classes this year.

Student enrollment has been spotty - some students have enrolled in their classes and have access to the course, they are in my roster as enrolled, but when they try to submit homework or respond to a discussion question, they are told they have to be enrolled in the class.  Other students are told that they need to be an instructor in order to upload.  And other students do not have the upload icon on their screens at all.  And a few students have been successful in enrolling, participating in discussion and uploading their homework.

I have had students enroll in-class and others at home, in case it was a network issue at our school.  The same problems present regardless.  I have had students with issues re-start the app.  Re-install the app.  No luck. I enrolled as a student on my private iTunes account and I had no issues.  Everything worked. Everything in the Course Manager is in order.

These issues are across the 3 classes I have created.  2 courses were copied from last years course, 1 course has been created from scratch.

Has anyone else had these issues? Any solutions?  I have put in a support ticket, but thought I would see if anyone else may have a fix.
