What does 'Replacement product shipped' mean?
I sent my iPod 5th Gen to Apple to be repaired. I was tracking progress and it now says 'Replacement Product Shipped'. Have they given up trying to fix my iPod and I'll get a brand new iPod or have they just fixed my original one?
Also how long does it take Apple to return products?
