Does Apple has an Obudsman or similar service.
I don't know if Apple is dropping the ball in their quality control or if my luck went away.
In the last 5 years I've bought 3 macbook pros and 2 of those 3 came with problems!
I am a freelancer editor and I use the macbook to work as a result I am losing a lot of money! First time it went on and off apple store and it took 6 months until they quit and exchanged my computer - now I am in this dance since last year! 😟
Last time they only exchanged my computer because I sent an e-mail to apple USA showing what was happening with my machine but now they doesn't have an e-mail anymore and nobody on apple USA answers me - apple Brazil doesn't exchange products after 2 weeks of use...
Here in Brazil a Macbook like mine costs the equivalent of 30 months of minimum wage, so it will be very hard for me to buy another without selling this one and I can't work with this, so I am loosing money in a daily base
Anyone know if apple has an Ombudsman or a similar service??
