Q: can't see child's location

For Family iCloud account, I have one Organizer (me), one Parent/Guardian (my wife) and two children ages 15 and 8.  Until recently, my wife was able to click on details when viewing my daughter's message string in Messages and her phone's location would automatically show up.  It no longer does that for her (the Parent), but does for me (the Organizer).

Any ideas why this feature suddenly disappeared from my wife's phone?
